The knowledgeable staff at Tammy The Pro Home Plus LLC is committed to providing 24 hour care in our home setting. A comfortable, home-like environment is conducive to happier and more productive lives for our seniors. We create an inviting and supportive environment where seniors can receive the help and care they need, yet maintain a sense of dignity and independence.
Before we admit clients to our facility, we take an in-depth look at their individual needs and health goals. Our experienced staff members can develop a health plan for clients, ensuring that dietary, physical, and emotional needs are met. We meet with families, and provide them support where needed. The decision to place a senior in assisted living is often an emotional one, so we strive to be empathetic and encouraging to both seniors and their families.
Our excellent caregivers are able to attend to any need that you or your loved one may have, and therapists are available if they are part of your care plan. In some cases, there is VA money available for your care, call for inquiry.
